App is horrid, pharmacy is great
I have used CaryRx for a couple years now and they are a great pharmacy. But the app does not measure up! The newest update has made it so the home page no longer says when a prescription is due for refill. Even if you tap on an individual prescription, it doesn’t say! I have a lot of prescriptions that are already hard to keep track of, and this update might be enough to make me switch pharmacies.

Truly a local pharmacy
I love the convenience but also that it still feels like a local pharmacy. If I have questions I just send a chat message through the app, and get a response within minutes if it’s during business hours. For example, I’ll be traveling soon and didn’t know whether to ask my provider or CaryRx to have a regular prescription transferred to an out-of-state pharmacy, and I got a prompt and helpful response from a member of the team. TLDR: benefits of a local business with good customer service.
The only thing I would change is that I wish I could complete the entire order, payment, and delivery scheduling process in one step instead of having to let the order go through/get approved first. This is minor and doesn’t affect my review because 1) it may not be possible for a pharmacy to operate how I’m suggesting and 2) customer experience is still way better than any chain/retail pharmacy I’ve used.

Stress free & great pharmacists
I’ve used CaryRX for a few years and it is such a refreshing experience compared to in-store pharmacies. When I need to chat with the pharmacists they are quick, helpful, and patient. It is a 180 degree difference than dealing with the stressed out/angry pharmacists at CVS,etc. The app is easy to use and reliable.

Love CaryRx!
Absolutely love this pharmacy. My doctor suggested using them when I mentioned how much work it was to get my prescriptions after my local CVS closed. But there are a few things I wish this app had: a way to archive prescriptions I no longer fill (so I don’t have to comb through looking for ones to fill), a way to set auto-refill, and a way to get texted refill reminders. But I deal with these relatively minor inconveniences to no longer traipse over to the kinda-close-but-kinda-far pharmacy one neighborhood over.

for you to go to a regular pharmacy. Received my order quickly and in beautiful packaging. We order everything online these days. Why not prescription medication?

The best, bar none!
I started using CaryRx during the pandemic so I didn’t have to go out and risk catching the virus. I was a little skeptical at first-I’d had a rough go with virtual Walgreens and virtual CVS. Now however, even after the pandemic ends, I plan to still use CaryRx for all my prescriptions. Why? Their customer service is absolutely unbeatable. I never feel like I’m talking to a machine-I can always tell it’s a real person on the other end of the app. When I had an issue with the amount of pills in one of my medicines, they figured out what the problem was for me and advised me on how I could get it fixed! And most wonderfully, it’s free! I don’t understand how they do it, but I’m so grateful they do! I have recommended them to all my family and friends. Like someone else said, I’m definitely a Cary Convert!

Amazing Service
Cary Rx is amazing! My mom and I use the service. They reply quickly to messages in the app and delivery prescriptions (to your house!!) in the same or next day!! This pharmacy is a game changer. I love it.
Reliable, Convenient
I’ve been a customer for several months and am very satisfied with CaryRX. Excellent customer service. Very responsive. The convenience is unbeatable. They use Postmates to get your prescription to you. I can’t imagine going back to a traditional pharmacy.

A breath of fresh air, i tried cvs app for my script needs, so painful and didn’t even work at the end. I’m a Cary convert!
But, for real... why???
Okay, here I am... waiting at the drugstore for over an hour to get meds. It’s a monthly thing for me. Normally it isn’t an hour. Sometimes it’s 15 minutes, sometimes it’s 20. Five if I’ve won the lottery. It’s never 45 seconds of my time. A friend suggested Cary several months ago. I shrugged it off. But, here I am... it’s been an hour and it dawns on me “I can order my meds right from my phone, just like I order everything else in my life.” And just like that I realize I am living in the Stone Age and it’s time for me to evolve. Ordering meds through the Cary app takes about 30 seconds. You can chat right with a pharmacist if you have questions. No waiting! You’re able to schedule your delivery for when it’s convenient for YOU! Why would anyone get their meds any other way? Going to the drugstore pharmacy is literally like emailing your boss through Western Union Telegram. Sure, it works, but it isn’t 1918 anymore.

The only flaw I see in this app is that it’s not available everywhere!!! CaryRX is so convenient and user friendly. The live chat is super helpful. It barely took me any time to get all signed up and order my prescriptions!
Life changing
Seriously I'm not sure what you're thinking if you're still going to pharmacies in person. I somehow contracted a lovely stomach virus and suffered through a doctor visit to get anti-nausea medicine. Rather than drag my fevered, sick body to the pharmacy, I used the app to have my medicine delivered straight to my door. Took pics of my prescription card and prescription. Completely painless; could not recommend more highly.

So easy to use, clear and concise. Love being able to track my prescription the whole way and the chat with a pharmacist feature!
Prescription meds made easy
A friend of mine told me about these guys and it has made getting my med easy. They deliver right to my door and I never have to waste time in traffic or in long lines at the pharmacy. Pricing was great and delivery is free. I'll be using them from now on.
