Difficult app to use.
The app currently has a very limited selection of vehicle models in the drop-down menu, making it impossible to accurately select the correct vehicle. As the charging rate is linked to the selected vehicle model, this also results in inaccurate charging data.
Additionally, the recent requirement to enter a mandatory vehicle registration number has created practical issues. For example, where a husband and wife both drive the same vehicle, only one person’s mobile phone can be linked to that registration number. This prevents both users from independently using the app to charge the same vehicle.
Overall, the app has become unnecessarily cumbersome and less user-friendly, reducing its practicality and ease of use.

Harder than it needs to be.
This app used to work, but as smooth as other charge apps, but at least it eventually worked. Today it made me update the app…that’s ok, but it didn’t remember any of my previous information so it directed me to create a new account, which I did. However in the process it wouldn’t let me create with my existing email address, so now I’m locked out. It’s been 40 minutes. That’s enough. I’ll charge somewhere else.

Very basic
Very basic app. Please add apple pay and touch up the GUI. Cant even add vehicles in there? Should not have published this app until it was ready for public use, disappointed
Terrible experience
Just doesn’t work. Clunky sign up then can’t find the station I’m parked at.
Signup process
Seems to be relatively straightforward process - took about a minute. That said I have not yet tried to charge or insert a credit card number yet.
