Thank you for your review. The app includes both realistic and creative design modes. For results that closely match your original room, please use Interior Design mode. Creative modes intentionally redesign the space more freely. We offer a free generation so users can test the app first, and we are always working to improve the experience.

Hello! We’re sorry for the confusion with the app. For subscription management, go to App > Settings > Manage Subscription—this is handled by Apple, and you can easily cancel from there. We cannot manage cancellations, but the process is simple. The result you saw likely came from a creative mode that re-imagines your space. Our app includes multiple modes for different purposes — some modes intentionally explore new layouts and styles to spark inspiration, while others focus on staying true to your original layout. To keep all windows and doors exactly as in your photo, please try our "Content Reference" or “Faithful Fast” mode. We’re always here to help you get the best results, and we’d be happy to share tips to make your next redesign match your expectations!
