Very bad app
I am a client of CaseFox for a few years now, but thinking about leaving because of this app.
We should have an app where we can easily and quickly add time. This is what an app should be developed for.
The features the app must have are as follows :
- Selecting the favorite or active matters in one click (not by alphabetic order its too long!)
- Have a time adding button in the main screen (not in the menu at the end as we have to scroll a lot before getting there)
- Having an option to use a chrono instead of adding the time manually

Doesn’t work
App doesn’t allow login. Also looks ancient and hasn’t been updated in years.

It looks cleaner and more modern now and the login issue is fixed, however it is still broken.

Simple and intuitive
I just downloaded this program 10 days ago. The training they provide is not great, but the program is fairly intuitive, and it has proven to be a great help and accurately tracking my time. Certainly this app and the program itself is not sophisticated enough for a large practice, but for my limited practice it is very helpful.

Very bad
It is a shame that you are investing in developing a proper App. In 2019, it is no longer an option. I am a client but will leave if I find an equivalent alternative with a mobile solution. This is the minimum you owe to your clients.
Tenth of hours impossible to enter
It is impossible to enter the time in tenth of hours. If I enter 2,7 i will get 27 hours. This is very annoying. Please fix this.
Crash
App crashes every time I try to log in. The online version for desktop is good. This app stinks.

Been looking for a replacement practice management system. Tried them all and then stumbled on this. Case Fox rocks.
Great Billing/Invoicing Program
This review is unsolicited. I'm a solo attorney who HATES timekeeping and invoicing with a passion and have been using casefox for a year. It's very user friendly and has dramatically cut down the time for invoicing. Before casefox, I'd been using PCLaw, which was geared to those with an accounting background and not cloud based. I looked around and casefox ended up being a hidden gem, much more affordable than Clio and competitors, with great functionality. I'm now THRILLED this app came out for mobile use.

The Missing Link
Casefox is an amazing desktop application and keeps my law firm running smoothly. The iOS app makes it easier for our attorneys to enter time and expenses outside the office and to review and update their tasks.
