Worst app always crashes and have to redownload to work. Hate that im forced to use it
What a joke
Terrible app!!! Everytime they do an update you have to delete the app and re download. My company does not have an option to delete apps and has had to send me a new IPad everytime there is an update. Everyone who works at the hospital hates the app as well. The amount of time wasted on this app could be spent elsewhere that is actually providing real patient care

Absolute Garbage.
If I could give this app zero stars, I would. I’ve never used an app that is so consistently awful. From the functionality to the overall user experience. It freezes constantly, force quits without command, doesn’t save, glitches so badly every week or two that you have to delete and reinstall the app to even get it to open. I have no idea how you tricked hospital systems into using this.

Slow and not user friendly
If I could give zero stars this would be the app I would give it to. Slowest app on my phone, have to redownload multiple times a week/month, the user interface is made so it’s easier for their data entry not the user.
Terrible functionality
This app was clearly not designed by anyone who understands how it should be used. Only live pictures can be uploaded, not PDFs which is directly in conflict with secure HIPAA practices. I literally print a document, take a picture for the app, and then throw it away. You can only use the app, not the website to upload case info. Awful user experience.
