Bad authentication
Good luck if you need to make an order and the app has decided to log you out. Waiting for the second factor email might or might not happen. You spend months building up rewards and then you can’t use the rewards when you need it.
it won’t let me sign in
i keep trying to sign in, and it won’t let me. i tried it on my computer and it let me sign in, but as soon as i do it on the app it won’t work.
Add a way to review our order
It’d be nice to be able to rate our order. That way you get feedback on if the pizza was good or terrible. You probably wouldn’t look at the ratings.
Headings Do Not Adjust
Trying to make a pizza order but the heading of the screen covers most of the screen so the available are to scroll is only a small slice of the screen.
Not working
Usually the app works great, but it will not open at all. It hasn’t worked for me for at least a week, I just keep getting an “uh oh” error message. I’ve made sure I have the most up to date version, deleted and reinstalled without any luck. Hopefully the next update will fix it and I’ll update my review !

Again…I updated on the 21st and haven’t been able to open since. Updated again today and was super hopeful this would fix the issue. Nope. Just spinning spinning spinning…”firing up the oven…”. It’s super frustrating since I can’t play the summer game to try to win stuff

Why does the app log you out every time I update. Very frustrating to be standing in line and it ask to update before use and then wants you to log back in and now it wants you to go to their website to log in. Only app I have that logs me out every update

Loosing the company money
Every update kicks everyone off, and trying to get logged back in is difficult at best. I spoke with the manager and she said that the app, being so horrible to use is causing them to lose customers left and right. Took me 45 minutes and several attempts to finally get back on. Even the manager said she got frustrated with it and would try later. I don’t know who is over the app but other companies don’t have this problem and customers are leaving and going to them. I’ve dealt with this several times now, and this is my last time. Next update that logs me out, I’m going to your competition.

Have not been able to open for a couple days
I haven’t been able to get into my account or create one for 4 YEARS.
I am so beyond frustrated with casey’s stupid login. I’ve tried emailing support who haven’t done anything for me but tell me to create another account or check my spam folder? Okay fine then i’ll lose all of my points and create a new account what freaking ever… OH GREAT NOT EVEN THE NEW ACCOUNT I MADE WILL FING SIGN IN. I spend hundreds of freaking dollars at casey’s commuting to work every week and I haven’t been able to use a single reward. I CREATED MY ACCOUNT IN 2021. This is the WORST rewards program I’ve ever had to deal with.

Not a fan of the update
This app used to make sense and it was updated within the past year and now finding the rewards offers is harder than it used to be… please bring it back to what it was! If it ain’t broke…
Keeps changing the order
This is twice I’ve ordered pizza and it went through different to the store. Better off calling

Like app but issues
I have loved the Casey’s app but got logged out a few months ago and nothing I do will let me log back in. I keep getting an error message. It’s incredibly frustrating. I’d love it if someone would reach out and help me fix it.
