App stopped working
Have not been able to open for a couple days
I haven’t been able to get into my account or create one for 4 YEARS.
I am so beyond frustrated with casey’s stupid login. I’ve tried emailing support who haven’t done anything for me but tell me to create another account or check my spam folder? Okay fine then i’ll lose all of my points and create a new account what freaking ever… OH GREAT NOT EVEN THE NEW ACCOUNT I MADE WILL FING SIGN IN. I spend hundreds of freaking dollars at casey’s commuting to work every week and I haven’t been able to use a single reward. I CREATED MY ACCOUNT IN 2021. This is the WORST rewards program I’ve ever had to deal with.

Not a fan of the update
This app used to make sense and it was updated within the past year and now finding the rewards offers is harder than it used to be… please bring it back to what it was! If it ain’t broke…
Keeps changing the order
This is twice I’ve ordered pizza and it went through different to the store. Better off calling

yall offer literally nothing jn points. why do i have to spend upwards of 300 dollars to get bogo half off. like nothings worth it at all. id rather just not have points. yall are stingyyyyyyyyyy. we live in america, people broke ash. get it together.
Like app but issues
I have loved the Casey’s app but got logged out a few months ago and nothing I do will let me log back in. I keep getting an error message. It’s incredibly frustrating. I’d love it if someone would reach out and help me fix it.

Literally anything would be better than the existing app. Out of the dozens and dozens of retail apps I have, this has the distinction of being the worst.
However, that complaint is mitigated by your excellent pizza and the team led by my old classmate Jennifer at the Queen City, TX location. That woman is a BOSS and works her butt off.

I hate the new format
Defaults to the wrong store
I can select a store and order, but after the order is placed, it seems to arbitrarily go to some other store… AFTER my payment goes through.

Great pizza and good customer service.
Reward code
In choosing to use the coupon code it gave the option “order here”, leading to believe the coupon would be applied. It was not so I attempted to copy the code, but the hyphens prevented a full copy. I then wrote down the incredibly long code and entered it, only to find it needed to be all uppercase. I did not appreciate the crooked attempt to prevent me from using the coupon.

I spent 30 minutes trying to order my family pizza and the app is so damn confusing. It took me a half hour get it together
Unable to log into my account
Every time I order a pizza online they say my password is incorrect. When I enter info to receive info for changing it says I already have an account. After trying numerous times, I order as a guest. Later I’ll try to log on and it will accept my info. This way I don’t get any reward points. Go figure?
