Have reset my password multiple times and still won’t let me login to my account it keeps saying phone number already exists well no kidding
Horrible customer service
The app when it does work is great integrates well with DoorDash for deliveries but feels like 90% of the time it just takes my money doesn’t submit the order and then I have to wait what feels like forever to get my money back how hard is it to program oh hey we drew a dollar amount but our side didn’t meet the deal made put instant stop on transaction?

Bad
This app is so bad and poorly made I went out of my way to write a review on the hopes someone gets it straightened out. Literally every time I open it I have to log in and every time it is a 20 minute ordeal. I’m not even going to get into the predatory notifications that you get every time you drive by a Casey’s. What a joke I hope buccees and kwik trip dissolves Casey’s to the nothingness it deserves.

Impossible to use
I have had this app several years but now discover that I can’t sign into it. And if you try to call them you cannot get to a real person. Trying to sign in you just go around to n circles.
Okay app
Decent rewards, but the scratch and “win” feels like a sham. I’ve scratched everyday since it started and only got bonus points a handful of times.
It’s broken
It used to work but now it’s broken. I go to order stuff and when I pick a specific time it changes it. So if I want to order ahead and pick up food at 315 pm I click that time but then it says on the screen 415. It’s always an hour later
It won’t work
It won’t open so I can actually use it and it’s aggravating as f. Please fix it!

The app is awful. Sure the rewards thing is ok but the true function of the app is absolutely terrible
Bad authentication
Good luck if you need to make an order and the app has decided to log you out. Waiting for the second factor email might or might not happen. You spend months building up rewards and then you can’t use the rewards when you need it.
it won’t let me sign in
i keep trying to sign in, and it won’t let me. i tried it on my computer and it let me sign in, but as soon as i do it on the app it won’t work.
Add a way to review our order
It’d be nice to be able to rate our order. That way you get feedback on if the pizza was good or terrible. You probably wouldn’t look at the ratings.
Headings Do Not Adjust
Trying to make a pizza order but the heading of the screen covers most of the screen so the available are to scroll is only a small slice of the screen.
Not working
Usually the app works great, but it will not open at all. It hasn’t worked for me for at least a week, I just keep getting an “uh oh” error message. I’ve made sure I have the most up to date version, deleted and reinstalled without any luck. Hopefully the next update will fix it and I’ll update my review !

Again…I updated on the 21st and haven’t been able to open since. Updated again today and was super hopeful this would fix the issue. Nope. Just spinning spinning spinning…”firing up the oven…”. It’s super frustrating since I can’t play the summer game to try to win stuff
Update
Why does the app log you out every time I update. Very frustrating to be standing in line and it ask to update before use and then wants you to log back in and now it wants you to go to their website to log in. Only app I have that logs me out every update
