They steal your money!
When you try to cash out, they’ll block your account with no way to contact them and steal your money. Their app just has AI that says “goodbye” and their online contact info is fake. Read reviews online for the same results. They need to respond to this with a specific way to contact them but they won’t. I’ve opened a fraud case with Apple to help get this removed from the App Store. Please do the same!

Scammers do not download
I won in this app but failed in the KYC verification. It’s difficult to contact customer service and they keep on saying we will contact designated department to assist but to no avail. I lost a lot in this game app but when I finally won I couldn’t even withdraw it. It’s a scammer app

I have come across plenty of these apps that promise you can win real money, but you never win more money than you put in. Not once have I won more money than I’ve input into the app

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GHOST YOU
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app is a total scam designed to steal your deposits. They have a legitimate-looking KYC process (ID and face scan) to make you think they are real, but the second you try to withdraw your winnings, the scam begins.
They sent me an email claiming my withdrawal failed due to "inaccurate info" (which was impossible since I triple-checked and copy-pasted it). Immediately after, they locked my account for "unusual behavior." They have no support option within the app, so I had to find an email address from other reviews (wish I had read them sooner). When you email “support”, they send automated bots asking for screenshots of the issue. As soon as you provide the proof, they ghost you. Exactly 24 hours later, they close your ticket and lie, saying they "never received a response."
They are using a scripted, fraudulent support loop to ignore users while keeping their deposited cash. They are thieves. I have reported this to Apple Security and filed a chargeback with my bank for fraud.
