Horrendous UI and functionality
Numbers spilling over themselves, basic fields on the front page completely illegible. I hoped for a 5 star budgeting app there would be more functionality than a calculator but I was wrong. Also a banner ad taking up 20% of the screen? Reviews must be botted.

This is an essential piece of software for me. My finances revolve around it and I have used it everyday for a couple years.

Simple and effective cash flow forecasting
Just about exactly what I needed - it shows when my near-zero-interest checking account will dip and need a cash infusion from savings. So I can keep more of my money earning interest in high-yield savings.
The interface took some effort to figure out, but it has been worth it. I subscribed, hoping my meager $9.99/year will help keep the app alive!

Cash flow and Dreaming
Seriously, more people should utilize apps like this. It allows you to see cash flow in real estate without all of the cluttered stuff of a lot of the other apps. It allows me to see potential savings and put real numbers in and stay on top of things with easy swipe left or right and quick editing allows me to get a real grasp on my finances and more of an analog approach instead of all the fancy ones that have too much.
