Instead of using insecure emails to communicate with your financial adviser, use the built-in messaging feature to securely chat with your financial adviser.
DYNAMIC FACT FIND
Use the dynamic Fact Find to securely provide your financial adviser with all the information they need (incomes, expenses, etc) from the comfort of your own home.
2-WAY DOCUMENT EXCHANGE
You and your financial adviser can instantly share documents with each other, such as a copy of your ID or your latest financial plan, without the need to post or hand deliver them.
DISCLOSURE DOCUMENTS
View your financial advisers Disclosure Documents (Terms of Business, Fee Agreement, etc) from the offset and digitally agree to them in advance (see below).
DIGITAL SIGN/AGREE
Instead of manually signing and returning important documents, such as a Letter of Authority, simply use the built-in feature to digitally sign and return them.
ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING CHECK (AML)
As part of every financial adviser’s financial planning process, they are required to conduct an AML check. When prompted, use your secure Portal to complete this task remotely.
CUSTOM LINKS
Don’t click website links contained within an email. Instead, access all the websites your financial adviser has asked you to visit via your secure Portal.
