My experience with Cashify was extremely disappointing. I purchased an iPhone from them believing it would be reliable since they claim their phones are properly tested and certified. However, the reality was completely different.
The battery health of the iPhone seemed artificially boosted. Within a short time of using the phone, the battery started draining very quickly, which clearly showed that the battery health shown earlier was not accurate. It felt like the battery details were manipulated to make the phone look better than it actually was.
Apart from the battery issue, some other components of the phone also didn’t seem genuine. The overall performance and quality made me doubt whether all the parts were original or not.
When I tried to claim warranty and contacted their support, the response was very poor. They kept delaying the process and did not provide any proper solution. For a platform that sells refurbished phones at such high prices, this kind of service is unacceptable.
Cashify charges premium prices for refurbished iPhones, but the quality and after-sales support do not justify the cost. My experience suggests that customers should be very careful before buying from them, as the products may not be as genuine or reliable as advertised.

Absolute Fraud and Total Scam—DO NOT BUY OR SELL HERE!
I bought a refurbished iPhone Xs and later an iPhone 14 Pro. In both cases, the phones functioned perfectly until the exact moment the Cashify warranty expired. Immediately following the expiry, both devices began displaying severe internal issues, specifically starting with debilitating display problems, confirming they are selling poorly repaired or intentionally compromised units. This pattern is not a coincidence; it is a clear scam.
Furthermore, their selling process is equally unethical. They will give you an initial quote only to send a representative who degrades the price arbitrarily by spotting "stupid issues" that don't affect the phone's function, forcing you to accept a drastically reduced price.
Do not sell to them if you want a fair price, and absolutely do not buy a refurbished phone from them unless you want a ticking time bomb that fails the day its warranty ends. This is a massive waste of money and time. Cashify is a complete fraud.
