The best cashback app in India for sure! I’ve been able to earn over 2k in cashback in less than year and I don’t even shop so much. I’m so glad this app exists and the users are able to benefit so much. I would certainly love the addition of being able to manually add certain brands to a personal list so that it’s always within arm’s reach and we can quickly check if brands with no cashback yet has gotten the option to in the future. Also wish the tracking was better and while the tracking time needed is understandable, I do wish it could be completed way sooner. Please keep bringing more brands especially fashion, groceries, food delivery and travel.

Using CashKaro for a while now and the experience has actually been smooth. Cashback tracking is much better than most apps I’ve tried, and rewards usually get credited without unnecessary issues. Pathetic

As a long-time user who knows the empty cart, clear cache, direct click drill by heart, I am done with the excuses. CashKaro tracking has not just become unreliable it has become selectively blind.

It is a recurring pattern-you make a purchase, the tracking fails, and you are forced to play detective by raising a Missing Cashback ticket. But here is the kicker even with proof, the claims are rejected based on vague, convenient terms and conditions. When a platform consistently fails to track orders that you know you placed correctly, it stops being a bug and starts looking like a way to keep the affiliate commission for themselves without passing it on to the user.

CashKaro has transitioned from a rewarding companion to a full-time job of chasing pennies. If a platform requires to fight for every single reward while their competitors handle it seamlessly (lettyshop), it’s time to stop giving my effort and business.

Saving Extra

I am giving 4star rating because I love the cash-back system and app is excellent too, but the only problem is tracking, the app doesn't have an inbuilt tracking system, hence it doesn't track your app data and you have to create a request for it to be monitored which isn't through a single click. Secondly, tracking for many orders is difficult and sometimes it is inaccurate. The entire order cash-back is refused if you return or exchange a single product from the other products in the cart of the same order. Suggestions: One click order request channel to be created Regular software updates with slight change in the design page and better usage of colour combination in the app Multiple orders to be created out of a single order from a marketplace so that one product when returned doesn't lead to the loss of the cash-back for the whole order Also I would like to know how you can tackle your rising competitors like LetyShops. Overall experience has to be improved slightly Congratulations team for doing such a fantastic job, all the best…….
