Issues
Been having issues with the game switching my bet amount. I played and finally got my coin amount to reach 700,000,000. I was playing one of the games and then all of the sudden my coin amount dropped to 200,000,000. It had changed my bet amount to 500,000,000. Ridiculous. Fix this please
Not happy
I win 163million with the major and it didn’t go to my balance. That’s a good way to piss a person off. But you probably don’t care anyway.

Got some of the funniest games on here but you can’t even win! It took all my free coins on min bet in less 10 minutes. They just want you to buy coins just so you can lose it again. It’s fake slots, fake money, how tf do you ruin that too!

Disappointing Play
The game was generous with coins on Day 1 and second spin of one of the games yielded an instant bonus round. That was the first and last bit of excitement I experienced playing. All subsequent days of logging in provided a paltry offer of coins coupled with a constant barrage of screens urging me to purchase more coins. After five to ten spins all allotted coins for the day were exhausted with only the option to purchase more or watch videos for tiny rewards. No bonuses in the last two weeks. Not worth your time — there are other games that provide free and frequent game play with good rewards.

Terrible Customer Service
I requested that my account be deleted, and I received an email that appeared to be a final opportunity to reconsider before the deletion was completed.
Later, I decided to re-download the game, but I was unable to access my account and received a message stating that I could not access it. I then downloaded another game operated by the same company. I was able to play for a few hours, but when I tried to log back in, I received the same access restriction message that I had received with Hearts of Vegas.
I had been a loyal player for years and spent a significant amount of money on these games. Over time, I found myself spending more and more while continually losing. Shortly before all of this, I had also purchased a Boost Pack. When I reached out to customer service regarding the issue, I was told I needed to submit additional information and complete further steps, but I did not receive meaningful assistance in resolving the problem.

Takes too long to get to the bonus on some games but overall fun and amusing!!
Trickery and Addy
I like the games but HATE how long it takes to X out of ads and offers before you can finally play. Also it starts each game with a SUPER HIGH bet that you have to come down from, or you’ll accidentally lose all your coins in one spin. Trickery.

This game is fun but if you play on the iPhone be prepared to spend money if you want to keep playing. I have had it for several months and on my iPhone you don’t win and if you do it’s small amounts. The cost of everything keeps going up and up. On my iPad it’s great, cost stays the same and you actually win. If it wasn’t for the iPad I would rate this game even lower. Don’t waste your time with it on your phone.
