Finally got my redemption
Game started off great till it came time to redeem my money it took two months for them to payout my redemption but they did pay out to my account today. Other than that great game!!!!

Do not give this company a dime. You will not get paid. Green Candy Solutions dba Cashoomo continue to take deposits and refuse payouts. BBB identifies them as having a pattern of complaints that has grown almost daily and gives them an F rating. I have an uninterrupted screen recording showing a $1600 win followed by immediate account ban. Video is on Reddit. All positive Trustpilot reviews are by invite. Do your research and stay away.

Supreme Commander
Crooks & Thieves. They’ll take your winnings and disappear from your platform. I play a lot of games and a lot of Casinos and this is absolutely the worst. I was given free options from PayPal to play here. I have to say it was extremely cumbersome to sign up with them before you can even play. I won a good bit and it was exciting. Then lost it all back. I purchased about $60 worth of coins and won $225. Then I went through the verification process to withdraw my winnings. It seemed as it was all on the up & up. I waited 2 days and went to the app for an update. My withdrawal request had been changed to no request.
I tried to fix it but I wasn’t successful. I gave 2 more days went back to check and the app and any trace of it had all been deleted out of my phone.

Unable to Withdraw My Winnings
I had a very disappointing experience with Cashoomo. After I won and attempted to withdraw $400, my account went through repeated verification requests. I submitted every document they asked for, including my lease agreement, acknowledgment letter from my property management company, and insurance policy. Each time, I was asked to resubmit or provide different documents.
Despite my efforts to comply with all of their verification requirements, my account was ultimately closed before I could withdraw my funds. The process was frustrating, time-consuming, and left me feeling like I was given no clear path to complete the verification.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this platform. If you decide to use it, be prepared for the possibility of extensive verification requirements when you try to withdraw your winnings.

More bugs than a dumpster mattress
I have an iPhone 16 pro that’s up to date and everything and this app constantly glitches and the screen goes blank blue and I have to delete the tab that it previously opened in safari and sometimes I even have to delete the app completely to make it work. Worst app in this category probably a scam
It took me 2 weeks to get help from an actual person for a simple verification problem and I kept getting the same AI email every day when I tried to get help. Once I finally got help and verified, I have not received my redemption even though I was told they process within 3 business days and it’s been over a week and once again I can’t get a real live support person to help me. Worst game/app experience ever!

Best Casino App
I have played my fair share of casino games and I rarely win big , but after a week or so of playing I won a jack pot. Literally won 1000 dollars and it’s at a time when I really needed to win .. it’s like a blessing and I can’t stop smiling . So excited .

Baiters, Liars, & Frauds
So I saw an ad for this game. I use a lot of online slot apps, but this caught my eye for their $30 welcome gift advertised. It was even on a pop up when I opened the app to sign up. The link takes you to the sign up page. I did that. Well the “gift” never arrived. I reached out to customer service, and they claimed they don’t have a welcome gift, and ignored the screenshots presented with this claim when you open the app. Don’t be fooled. I’m not going to waste my time with an app that lies, baits, and refuses to honor their own app promises. LAME.

Just play Gains - they pay out in 5 mins or less. Won a bunch on here then suddenly only 100 can be withdrawn. Payout sitting in queue for Weeks but they made sure to open the account enough after verification so I can purchase more coins but still no payment. I will be deleted my account and spending my money elsewhere. I’ll let the payout sit in queue so if I have to I have to report the app as a scam. The games are decent but what is the point of they won’t pay you and the AI customer service is a joke. I warned you.

SCAM
They are a total scam!!!! I loaded with them. I want a little over $600. They gave me the runaround on my address verification process. They kept rejecting my water bill the utility bill that I loaded to verify my address, but they took my bank statement and my passport, probably identity thieves, and gave me the runaround from the live. Chat agent create an urgent tickets to the response in my email from the manual team saying that after closer review of my documents, they couldn’t accept it and at the end of the email it says continuous uploading a false documents can result in closing your account, which is exactly what they did after five days they are fraud. This is a scam.

Looks can be deceiving wins get throttled.
I played it at first it really did start to let you win till you got up to about $30 and Mike got all the other games that could follow you and seem like they legit all of a sudden they just flipped the switch it’s like it beats your phone are stutters your spins and you just stop winning until you’re empty. just heads up it’s gonna happen to you too so you might get a little bit out of this for some of you.

Redemption issues
Stay away from Cashoomo Casino. I won good $$ and tried to redeem. No issues with bank statement and purchase card verification, but they start to bulling me to provide proof of closure two cards which been used before and been closed because they been fraud. I send them proof from bank and agent and agent they not accepted because not in pdf then I send in pdf they not accepted because it’s been copied and turn it to pdf. I visited bank at list 4 times to asking again and again for email me proof. They did and Cashoomo refused again. So bank said they can’t help me anymore because this is ridiculous what Cashoomo asked. So now Cashoomo keep my winnings and refuse to redeem. Stay away guys if you don’t want to be same position.
