Finally got my redemption
Game started off great till it came time to redeem my money it took two months for them to payout my redemption but they did pay out to my account today. Other than that great game!!!!

Do not give this company a dime. You will not get paid. Green Candy Solutions dba Cashoomo continue to take deposits and refuse payouts. BBB identifies them as having a pattern of complaints that has grown almost daily and gives them an F rating. I have an uninterrupted screen recording showing a $1600 win followed by immediate account ban. Video is on Reddit. All positive Trustpilot reviews are by invite. Do your research and stay away.

Crooks & Thieves. They’ll take your winnings and disappear from your platform. I play a lot of games and a lot of Casinos and this is absolutely the worst. I was given free options from PayPal to play here. I have to say it was extremely cumbersome to sign up with them before you can even play. I won a good bit and it was exciting. Then lost it all back. I purchased about $60 worth of coins and won $225. Then I went through the verification process to withdraw my winnings. It seemed as it was all on the up & up. I waited 2 days and went to the app for an update. My withdrawal request had been changed to no request.
I tried to fix it but I wasn’t successful. I gave 2 more days went back to check and the app and any trace of it had all been deleted out of my phone.

Unable to Withdraw My Winnings
I had a very disappointing experience with Cashoomo. After I won and attempted to withdraw $400, my account went through repeated verification requests. I submitted every document they asked for, including my lease agreement, acknowledgment letter from my property management company, and insurance policy. Each time, I was asked to resubmit or provide different documents.
Despite my efforts to comply with all of their verification requirements, my account was ultimately closed before I could withdraw my funds. The process was frustrating, time-consuming, and left me feeling like I was given no clear path to complete the verification.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this platform. If you decide to use it, be prepared for the possibility of extensive verification requirements when you try to withdraw your winnings.

More bugs than a dumpster mattress
I have an iPhone 16 pro that’s up to date and everything and this app constantly glitches and the screen goes blank blue and I have to delete the tab that it previously opened in safari and sometimes I even have to delete the app completely to make it work. Every 5 minutes at least, it’s so frustrating I never write reviews but I decided I would now because I’m irritated
