It’s a scam company

Don’t put your money in there you will only be able to watch it on the screen and do nothing with or even withdraw it, still got credit in my account for 2 years and I still can’t use them or withdraw them or even get an explanation from the company since they have the poorest most ignorant customer service team….

They stole my wallet

They stole my wallet after they updated the application. I found my wallet at zero and they never return the amount to me. They are thieves. Do not use this application at all.

Fake company

CashU company is a scam and fraud company, every time they request a new procedure and steal your money, they had a crypto slot, and my balance was 350 dollars, and after the update I did not find that box and the money evaporated without return

SCAM - Do not use this service by any means

This company used to be a relevantly good one, about around two years ago, it gotten so bad that all it does is steal money from users and lures them into paying money for services they cannot even provide as promised! Please avoid this company, save your money.

They block and steal your money. Don’t believe me? Try it and become a victim like me. They stole my money. They destroyed my life by saying that they will notify me when the service is back. Guess what, it has been a year and their service is still upgrading as CashU says. The worst app👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.

Bad experience

Since we started trading crypto currency’s by this application they deleted our history and we can’t reach our money and can’t transfer it out of the application and when we talk to support they told me they will upgrade the application
That’s happened more than 6 months ago till now nothing happened
I lost more than 4000$

Very bad services

It’s been now a year in which the card is not working and instead of fixing the issue they announced a new card for which you can’t use the money you already have in CASHU wallet

They deleted everything

They deleted all there accounts data including the balance when i tried to login again asked for an update, i did the updated then i went back to the app it asked me for sing-in up open a new account so clearly they deleted everything my 118$ blanche is gone with it, i know ppl lost thousands of dollars.

SCAM

Don’t download this scam app, they’re professional scammers, no one is able to use his balance or withdraw it. Not letting customers to login into their accounts so they would close it and steal all customer’s money. Customer service is a joke too!

Our money was seized more than 10 months ago and has not been released yet, every day they make excuses, beware dealing with it

This a SCAM

These guys are punch of scammers, they cammed me of 100$ after closing my master card and asking me to fund another one with another type of payment mothed! After some time and because I have now way of getting the 100$ back I invested in thier crypto option it turns to be another scam of these master scammer.
Bottom line I don’t recommend any one to get this crappy service.
