About

CaskNotes is a private whisky and spirits tasting journal for adult enthusiasts who want a serious cellar notebook on iPhone and iPad. Record bottles, tasting notes, aroma and palate details, finish, cask type, ABV, region, age statement, favorite bottles, wishlist ideas, pairings, blind rounds, comparative flights, and exportable notes. CaskNotes keeps the workflow local and organized so each pour becomes useful reference material later. NEW IN 2.1: FLIGHT PLANNER The new Flight Planner builds side-by-side tasting lineups from the bottles in your own cellar. Choose a theme such as Region Contrast, Cask Contrast, Peat Ladder, Proof Ladder, Open Bottle Rescue, or Gentle Intro. CaskNotes recommends a pour order, scores readiness, highlights planning gaps, and gives a short prep checklist for the session.
