The IOS App it a total mess. Still has parts of the game missing, drop downs do not work, network issues, overpriced purchases and much more.

100% money grab
Everything this app does is about more money nothing for real enhancements. Take it from someone who has played it for 15 years. Dont even start
Frustrating
The latest update is making the game unplayable. The two step confirmation means that you can’t view or use any items that aren’t on the first page of your item list.
To do the most basic things in land of mist/earth, you need to click multiple times and you can no longer submit tickets for these issues. Even going through the app support on here, it doesn’t appear to work.
There are too many events that are solely trying to get you to spend money, rather than adding anything relevant to the game.
It’s a shame, because I have played for 15 years and have always enjoyed it, but this latest update has taken the enjoyment out of it.

The devs don’t care for their fans
I’ve been playing this game since day one and I’ve been loyal up to now, the developers make errors and will not right any wrongs even when those mistakes are due to their misspelling and improper wording, I’m out in game resources that I earned with my own money, this game used to be fun but now it’s just a money grab and that’s unfortunate
