Players beware!
I spent a substantial amount of cash building up my hero and was then unable to play for some time due to work, family commitments, and health. When I returned my account was deleted.
I contacted support and: 1) was told that accounts are deleted after inactivity but could be restored and, 2) because I had forgotten my password (I could give purchase dates, hero name, my email address, etc.) I was unable to have my account restored. So much for my money and the time it took to become a level 42 ranger!
In short, you’re taking a chance. It’s actually a decent game, but it’s a shame support is non-existent and you may lose out on the money you spend.

can't even see what skills are on my equipment with these new update. how long before you patch it. this game is barely playable.

Bugs and bot activity can really hurt the experience for regular players, and maintenance may not always make the changes visible right away. The team is still working on these areas, and your request for Portuguese localization is also noted. If you can share specific bugs or suspicious accounts with Support, it helps us investigate them properly.
Tragic state of Celtic heroes
I’ve been an on and off longtime player. Me and my family have numerous exclusive pieces of gear and fashion from as early as 2011. We love this game, but the current people who run the game do not. Some people will say that playing free to play is impossible on a game like this, but it’s not entirely true. With support from a good clan you can indeed reach endgame without spending real money, and have a good time doing it. The problem is, a bunch of gambling addicts are at the heart of this games player base and that is by design. If you boot up the game you will see numerous level 220+ characters in castle everyday. Many times they are gambling ludicrous amounts of money on a whim. They will waste the most powerful elixirs in castle while doing nothing, and flaunt that they have hundreds of them before calling you a slur and buying another loot crate or rolling the dice for 500k with another gambling addict. This is by design. The current group who run the game consider these individuals their bread and butter. Nowadays most of their resources are funneled directly into overly expensive fashion pieces and loot crates. Not accessible content. They recycle the same events that spawn giant ugly bosses all over the entire world, sometimes actively making using your classes aoe moves in popular grinding spots a death sentence due to danger of aggroing the mid-end game level boss that’s way higher level than the area you’re in. This is their idea of accessible free “new” content. Funnily enough these bosses are not new and are remnants of the olden days, bosses that have been otherwise removed from the game. Artificial excitement, fake content. The main problem though is that they refuse to ban any of the incredibly toxic individuals you will see every day in the main hub. They will blatantly call you slurs for everybody to see. I once reported somebody for using incredibly offensive language, and support got back to me with the most insane response you’ll ever hear from official support. They said, hey buddy, it seems you called this person who was using actual slurs and bullying low levels for being poor a loser. Due to your own TOXIC language, if we were to take action on this other person who was bullying new players and saying slurs, we would ALSO have to ban you, because calling someone who says slurs a loser is just as bad as bullying new players and actually using slurs. This is because the person who was bullying these new players is one of their precious gambling addicts. He obviously spends hundreds if not thousands of dollars a month on the game. He is their precious cash cow and they love him, despite him actively discouraging new players from wanting to play their game. Therein lies the problem. Celtic Heroes does not care about you. If you aren’t a degenerate gambling addict who is gonna waste thousands of dollars on them you can go screw yourself. The deeper you go, the more apparent this reality becomes. I actively try to help new players and give them elixirs and money, and know other people who do the same. Despite this, the environment deliberately created by Celtic Heroes themselves deters the vast majority of new players from ever playing the game again once they realize the reality of the situation. As much as I love this game fundamentally, and as much as I and a few others will help you on your journey if you are free to play, I cannot recommend you play this game, and if you do, do NOT spend a single cent on it until things change, if they ever do.
