THIS GAME WILL STEAL YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I had been playing this game for over 10 years and deleted both of my accounts and permanently banned me forever. Absolutely no reason after all the effort I’ve put into the game, I tried to contact support and they just tell me I’m banned for good???!!! Don’t waste your time or money. Fun doesn’t last.

Banned for something out of my control

I’ve played arcane for 13 years and logged in Christmas Day to find out I’ve been banned for “spending refunded platinum”. I’ve made payments all through out the past two weeks and spent good money I’m getting my money back now I’ve supported this game my entire childhood and early adulthood. They don’t contact me to solve the problem they just pull the trigger and ban a pay to win player
