I can see here that there haven’t bin a review for the past 4 years you guys need to do a better job the game has endless potential just a lazy team with no passion sorry but someone had to say it
Banned for something out of my control
I’ve played arcane for 13 years and logged in Christmas Day to find out I’ve been banned for “spending refunded platinum”. I’ve made payments all through out the past two weeks and spent good money I’m getting my money back now I’ve supported this game my entire childhood and early adulthood. They don’t contact me to solve the problem they just pull the trigger and ban a pay to win player

Completely dissatisfied
I originally started playing this game back in 2015. At that time on an android. I recently had interest in playing again and upon reaching on to support I was spoken to rudely after doing research and informing the individual, Lindsay, that I could obtain proof of financial along with my order numbers from my GMAIL. Etc. However, upon furthered research I came across that the protocol and system was different back then when switching to iPhone from android especially with an account back from 2015 so I did not have an email only connection through play store . I had even asked to speak to someone else or escalate the ticket. I’ve sent numerous tickets since and haven’t heard no response with various follow up emails. I’ve exhausted all options and it’s extremely disappointing and I don’t even feel the excitement in joining the community for something I once loved so much anymore. If I could rate my recent experience and the way I was treated it’ll be 0 stars. The game itself was great, when I actively played, fast forward now I guess things have changed.

Um jogo no qual se vc n gastar 200,00 reais em cada ontem vc n fica forte, sem contar que tomei um banimento, motivo ? Não sei kkkkk eles nem sequer respondem meu email, me colocaram na lista de ignore, bom se vc é iniciante não perca seu tempo, além do jogo ser superfaturado ele ainda lhe bane, sem nem sequer dar esclarecimentos, bom partiu jogar warspear :)

Got banned for no reason after spending 100s of $ on game
I only played this game for about 1-2 months and I just received a “permanent ban” for “account sharing” when that never happened I feel as if this company robbed me of my money and clearly doesn’t care about there community I would highly recommend not supporting this company they are very shady.

I like the game don’t get me wrong, I like the style of it, I mostly play games like this one. BUT this is the only one I have played that when a new event happens I go to the main ppl for that event and it ether crashes when I start to talk to them or right after I finish talking and then it crashes, every event! I’m not going to be a boohoo about it and drop the star rating, just want u guys too know about it, maybe it can’t be a easy fix on your guys/gals end maybe not, I also don’t think I’m the only one this happens to. Still a five star to me!

Expensive pay wall to gain nothing
Don’t waste your time with this game anymore after today I officially quit and I’ve played for years. The honest truth is there are about 200 active players and every event and or expansion pushes you to buy In game currency which they tampered with drop rates so you don’t loot anything unless you spent hundreds. The developers are terrible people stay away from this game indefinitely

Spent years playing, refunded platinum that looked like double charge. I connected with support they told me to send a refund request to my bank. Next thing you know I was banned. They don’t email me asking what happened or to pay for the platinum that looked like I have gotten. I would have indeed just sent money back to them if it was a mistake on my end. They do not care about players. Game is hanging by a hook.

Completely Pay to Win
Impossible to become “good” without spending large amounts of money. Not enough low level players to complete certain missions without being ridiculously overpowered to solo zones by yourself.
I used to play the game years ago and it was alot different. They have completely focused on whales instead of new players.
