Simple Stratergy but good decision is needed on battle

Just starting to play but reinstall twice to show that one mistake can cause a bit of difficulty winning battles.

Like it

I like it don't love it. Where do I start? The game has almost no point but I like the fantasy theme and the building tower kinda deal but, the job assigning is not up to the player (except for having a choice between 2 jobs) and making teams is dumb what's the point of having more than one hero when you can only send 1 in but other than that it gets 3 stars.
