This has to the worst app in this store. There doesn’t seem to have been any updates and because of this my account/address doesn’t exist.
Doesn’t work
Have been trying for months to set it up without success.
Registration
Program doesn’t allow home owner to register in order to log on, another New failed management group with no communication whatsoever, so heres my vote👎🏼

Worthless App
Gave one star since I can’t give zero or negative stars. Called Castle Group after several attempts to register. Told they did not have an email address for me. Gave them address, was told wait 24 hours for system to synchronize. Waited then tried five times to register with no success. Error message each time on sign in attempt.

cant log in
this is the absolute most pitiful app ever! nothing but neglect… they have ruined my nice community 👎🏻👎🏻 if you have castle running your community, get rid of them ASAP!!!
Can’t Even Find My Address
Great idea but it doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time on this app. I put in the street number as instructed by my Castle property and that pulls up nothing. I then put in the full address exactly as their sample shows and that doesn’t work either. Just spins and spins and spins. I’ll just deal with them the old fashioned way- telephone and USPS - they work.

Pointless
I can’t even register. The app can’t find my address, it just keeps spinning endlessly. It can’t find any address for that matter. I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times.
Error when creating account
Can’t comment on usefulness of the app, because it won’t finish the account creation. Makes it to the final step and then hangs...
Logging on
This is terrible. Said to create password but the when u try and log on, it says it is incorrect. This is terrible!!!
Can’t find address
It doesn’t work. It can’t find my address.
Touch ID doesn’t work
During setup I selected Touch ID but it doesn’t work.
