AVOID! Save your money!
The app isn’t really made for streaming on devices like Apple TV or an iPad which makes it really challenging to use and watch the videos while using the Castle Flexx. The very first two videos for beginners is literally split in half and just start/stop abruptly. It should just be one video. I’ve spent more time trying to get logged in and play a video to the point where it’s not even worth the money!! I paid for a year subscription and it’s awful. I’m immediately turned off by the whole thing. Absolutely terrible!! Stay far, far away from this company! Don’t buy any of their products. Their customer service is also the worst!!! After I gave CastleFit a 1 star review they offered me a 40% refund if I would change my review!

App is terrible. Had to sign in multiple times, it’s super slow. Search function is useless.

Horrible App
Not sure what they are thinking with the app. You might as well go to their website as this is not a Mobile app. For 1, I'm not looking to buy more products, I JUST bought a subscription to the classes and just want to use the videos that I subscribed to. I click on the castlefit login and classes login and I'm taken to my orders upon sign in and then when I move to go back I have to sign in again. Not user friendly and is very frustrating. If I could give negative stars, I would. Might cancel my subscription. They need 2 different apps if they want to push product and 1 dedicated to the videos!!

Don’t waste your money
Each video is split into numerous parts. So about 8 minutes into a class, mid stretch the video abruptly ends and you have to start the next video to continue the clsss. Frustrating.
App is terrible
The product seems fine, but the app is horrible. I’ve had to log in three times so far to get to the videos. The app seems primarily around selling more products and not about helping users access the videos.
New app is AMAZ
The new app they just released/ updated is soooo much better than the original. Now i can mirror and stream and tap into my classes anytime. Before you couldnt, now you can.

Can’t see any value
Sends me to sign in page and says enter passcode emailed but nothing is ever sent. This seems as legit as the overpriced stretching device
Cannot access online course
App is counter intuitive. Online classes are impossible to get access to. The Product help link has yet to work for me. It freezes everytime I select it to get help. I cannot contact anyone for a refund on my purchase. I don’t suggest using this app.
Needs Improvement
Not user friendly or intuitive. Needs options to cast to TV.
Needs a lot of work
I paid the subscription for the Flexxlab but it’s so clunky. What I see in the app does not look like the screen shots here. Typically I don’t even use the app to access the FlexxLab. I love the product but there is a lot of work that needs to happen to get the app user friendly. I typically get notifications there are updates but I’ve yet to see any. I won’t be renewing if not significantly improved.

So Easy to use!
I wake up. I click the CFLEXX app on my ipad and choose any flow I want from the FlexxLab depending on which part of my body is hurting that day. The subscription is just a few bucks a month. NO BRAINER!

I got my CastleFlexx a couple years back and this tool is amazing! This app compliments it so well and just gives me so many variety of moments and exercises I can do with the CastleFlexx. The 28 min. flow definitely helps after all my runs and physical activities. Definitely recommend this app since it so easy to use and follow through! 5/5
