DSP app better than desktop version
We use DSP mobile daily and works significantly faster and better than desktop version. The QR code scanner is super handy for PL device or machine serial number plates.
The ping check status bar is helpful in troubleshooting PL devices. Managing subscription and hours are very easy too.
Only issue is moving SMU hours backwards, as it only allows forward adjustments, this needs to be fixed to allow techs to repair PL devices in the field.

Need customer search
It would be very beneficial to be able to search via customer name. Sometimes I don’t know the serial number of the machine
