Need assistance
I like the stickers but just purchased packs 2 and 3 for iPhone 6 Plus and can’t find when trying to use in message. Only the free pack shows up. Purchase for iPad 3 but can’t use because I get a message saying I need to unlock the pack. I’ve tried the steps displayed in video but it doesn’t work. Keyboard is “on”. Don’t see a way to contact the developer.

I love the stickers and I bought the extra stickers and keyboard. I love it in my iPad and 6s phone. I got the new iPhone X today and the keyboard does not work. Please fix. Thanks.
