Nice gym
Been a member for a while gym is nice… class selection is great however it seems like more and more perks are being taken from members!!!
Amazing Atmosphere!!
I love the people who work at catalyst. They are mostly personable and listen and are otherwise kind. This goes a long way in my opinion!! Thankful for the cleaning crew and the owners who are on top of making sure that this gym is an A gym. Great job guys and gals!

Sunday at 3pm and it’s mostly women. Every tv is playing sports. Why??
Benefits
First let me say the staff is friendly and helpful at the Maple Rd gym. I enjoy our classes for Hope Chest with Dawn. Since joining I’ve not lost, but I haven’t gained, but my endurance has grown and I no longer get winded when going up and down the stairs.

Ellen’s classes are the best. The Barre Yoga has helped my back so much. Thank you Ellen. The staff in front is so pleasant and helpful. Thank you all

Terrible place, horrible service.
App Not Working
I am being told my username and/or password are invalid. I verified all my information with my participating gym and it appears to be correct. I am unable to use the app.
Cancellations
A class was cancelled the other day. Some of your elderly clients pay for a ride to class. The app should have stated cancelled to help guide us all.
Gym
I just joined Robbie Raugh’s Raw Cuts and how awesome ! Andrea helped me sign in and showed me around and as nervous as I was she assured me that I would like it here and that we all start some place , she made it very easy for me ! So thank you Robbie and Andrea. Also Ashley at the front counter also helped me a lot too , so again thank you to your staff they should be recognized for helping and making me feel more at ease !!
