App?
Does the app ever work? Currently trying to use it but it just shows the red screen. When the app does work (I guess only m-f like the rest of the company) it frequently crashes or is insanely sluggish.

care about taking every last dollar we have, but for the love of god, please make a better functioning app for us to use while you rob us blind. Why on earth can’t I stay logged into the app? Why can’t I use biometrics to log in? After 24 hours do I REALLY need to verify my phone again? It’s annoying. Also, your list of providers who are accepting new patients is wrong. Nobody ever updates it. Make it easier to take my money too, I can’t believe you haven’t yet.
