God awful
You have to two factor to login and entering the codes in fails and errors out each time. Then you refresh and it logs you in after all?
What a dumpster fire of an app and company
The app is a horrible web view of their website. It doesn’t login in most of the time. It doesn’t remember settings. Like their website it doesn’t provide useful feedback about why claims were rejected. Stay away from this company (if you can)!
What a joke…
This company in a nutshell is a huge joke, I submit the info to them through this app, and they say they need more info, I gather ALL info and still denied, I uploaded EVERYTHING! The one representative I talked with told me NOT to use the app as it is junk and they don’t really bother looking at it…

App rarely loads
Maybe once every 4 months will the app actually open properly, it’s always stuck loading after logging in.
App doesn’t work
The app is utterly useless. Just doesn’t load. You must use the desktop site.
