Slow at best other wise doesn’t work
The app glitches a lot by randomly closing, I can rarely login. On the rare occasion I can login to the app it takes over a minute to actually let me login and then I have only a few clicks before it randomly closes out the app and I have to attempt to log back in. Besides the fact that I am a member that cannot access their account through the app I work for and handle welfare for a large company in WNY that uses univera for their active members. I now understand their frustration with the app and will also be reporting this to my boss and board of trustees.

Doesn’t work at all
Zero stars if I could, I never been able to login just sits at the loading screen and never opens the app!

This app is junk you can’t register won’t take member ID,I didn’t even have this trouble for independent Health, if it wasn’t the fact the Roswell won’t take Independent Health I still might just go back to them
Can’t log in
The app doesn't allow me to log in. But I can log in just fine on the website. 1 star because it cannot be used at all.
