iPhone 15 and app unsupported
This is RIDICULOUS. This app says I’m unsupported! I don’t have a terribly old phone but this app will no longer work, nor provide an option because, it thinks the version my cell needs is outdated. I really hate whomever decided to only support rich people who upgrade their cellphones regularly. So stupid and aggravating!!!

Terrible mobile app
This app is so bad. I get notifications to check on my EOB and the app just spins and spins. Or the screen goes blank and there’s no way to go back to the previous page. If I close it then I have to log in again & verify myself and it does the same thing. I have so many unread messages and I never can download them. Fix this

Difficult
This app is difficult to work with. I have to constantly delete and redownload in order to work properly. I understand wanting to keep my information secure, however to have to enter my credentials AND have to get a text and enter a pin is a real pain, especially if I need information quickly.
app won’t load and unable to contact support
on my phone because im at a medical appointment and need to get access to my account info, but the app won’t load, so i go to the website. when i click “log in”, it opens the app…that doesn’t work. i tried to contact app support but that wouldn’t load.

App?
Does the app ever work? Currently trying to use it but it just shows the red screen. When the app does work (I guess only m-f like the rest of the company) it frequently crashes or is insanely sluggish.

You'd think they would have a functioning website or even an app, but you'd be wrong.

care about taking every last dollar we have, but for the love of god, please make a better functioning app for us to use while you rob us blind. Why on earth can’t I stay logged into the app? Why can’t I use biometrics to log in? After 24 hours do I REALLY need to verify my phone again? It’s annoying. Also, your list of providers who are accepting new patients is wrong. Nobody ever updates it. Make it easier to take my money too, I can’t believe you haven’t yet.

Love MyIH app
So easy and convenient. Can get access to all health information if needed. Really great app.
Frustrating
I just noticed today, in 2026, that I missed out on a $10 reward from 2024, and that once you get your reward you have 90 days to use it before it expires. I have been trying to sign up for Brook and some other programs without any luck. I’m very frustrated, it is causing extra stress that I don’t need.

This app is glitchy, slow and barely gives you any information. I use it and have to call anyway. It should have all insurance information and update accordingly with all medication and medical information including status of prior authorization if IH wants to be efficient they should invest in the app providing all information

This app sucks
This app is hard to navigate and impossible to add a PCP even though I found them on this app and have an upcoming appointment. The search feature is horribly inefficient and everything seems cumbersome.

I honestly don’t know how the app has such good reviews, it really is terrible. It lags and moves so slowly all the time… it’s very frustrating.

The app doesn’t work. Wasted 30 minutes trying to just GET ON IT and I can’t because it DOSNET WORK.
Not the best
The app is slow and lags all the time. Takes a long time to load info. I filled out updated info but doesn't reflect or remember and continuously asks me to update my info. It can't simply remember my password but has to text to authenticate EVERY TIME I open the app which is ridiculous. I don't remember the app being this poor a few years ago.
