v2.6.0 – A completely redesigned interface, built-in tutorials and new Pro features. A NEW LOOK • Every screen has been redesigned into one consistent style, with polished light and dark themes. • A bottom navigation bar (Sessions · Statistics · Calendar · Menu) replaces the hamburger menu, with a docked “+” button in the middle. • Theme picker: light / dark / system. BUILT-IN TUTORIALS • An info button in each screen’s header opens an illustrated, swipeable walkthrough — nothing pops up on its own. • “What’s new” sheet: shown once on the first launch of every new version. FEATURED CATCHES • Submit your best catches for the community showcase and follow the status of each submission. WEATHER BACKFILL (PRO) • Catches logged without weather can now be filled in retroactively. Processing runs in the background and notifies you when it finishes. CLOUD PHOTO STORAGE (PRO) • Catch photos are stored in the cloud, so they survive a change of device — existing photos can be uploaded in bulk. SET THE SPOT ON A MAP • Missing GPS coordinates can be added afterwards by tapping the map, for both sessions and catches. MORE IMPROVEMENTS • Year picker on the session and personal best lists, an Active / Closed segmented control in the session log, and moon phases in the calendar. • Subscription: upgrade from Standard to Pro and manage your subscription (cancel, restore purchase) straight from Settings. • Security: Firebase App Check protects the cloud calls. FIXES • The splash screen no longer gets stuck when starting offline. • Pounds/ounces: accurate conversion and editing. • The save bar now sits above the keyboard, so a form can be saved while writing a note. • Statistics use the weight unit you picked. • Renaming a fishing spot is reflected in earlier records too. • …and many more stability fixes.
