Connecting issue
Trying to make a reservation for restaurants in Korea from US, but it didn’t process smoothly that often losing the spot. Very annoying experience.
アップデート後ログイン出来なくなった
沢山お気に入りに入れてたのにログインしようとして認証コード入れても最初に戻り再度メールを送信して認証コードを入れるばかりの繰り返し。以前は予約するのに助かってお気に入りのメモ欄に詳しく情報を入れてたのに早くログイン出来るようにしてください。一応、問い合わせもしましたが何の返答もありません。

複数人で来ている時は、タイトな時間で動いているので予約システムは大変助かります。
そして、日本語で確実に出来るのも安心できて良いです！

CRASHING
Horrible . Trying to reserve a spot and being on the app yet it kicked me out straight away and told me there was an error. It clearly favours Korean citizens when the app is for global booking, extremely unfair and everything had already been booked out by the time the errors had stopped and I was finally able to select a date. Please fix your horrible app from the crashes and unfavourable behaviour towards foreigners who also want a chance at spots.

Great app but failed at payment fill up form
The app worked fine last year and I can pay at the end. This year, I cannot use special character and space in my credit card’s name and last name fill up form to pay. It shows as payment fail everytime.

한국어 옵션도 넣어주세요. 한국 핸드폰 인증은 안돼서 글로벌 버젼으로 써야하지만 한국어가 편한 유저들도 있습니다.

App has a code error/bug which doesn’t allow users to access the app AT ALL!

The app is unusable if I can’t open it. Tried reinstalling to no avail.

英語で呼べば良かったのでは？

Version 1.10.42 is broken
It launched to an error page. Please kindly fix it! I love the app. It’s been so handy for my travels to Seoul.

日本語の予約する方法がわからず、諦めかけてたところにこのアプリで予約できました。
味はイマイチでしたが、行ってみたい所に行けてとても嬉しかったです。ビルの階数がわからずちょっと困りました。

Easy to use and supports all foreign credit cards
Excellent app. Super easy to use, many restaurants support the app. Use the global version with foreign cards and foreign languages. Use the Korean version for Korean credit cards.
2度と使いたくないです。
デポジットが返金されませんでした。
伺ったお店で最初に対応してくださった店員さんは、デポジットは会計で相殺されるとの説明。
会計時、対応してくださった店員はアプリ側から返金されると案内。不安でしたが確かに領収書を見て相殺されていなかったため、返金を待ちましたがされませんでした。私のミスかと思い運営に何回もお問合せしていますが、一回も返事が返ってきていません。返事を返さないなら、お問合せ欄設置する必要ないんじゃないですか？利用はお勧めしません。
