Nothing received and no refund
It said it was delivered so I went downstairs. But it turns out that it wasn’t delivered at all, and that they claimed they couldn’t call me. But I didn’t receive any call, I was literally using my phone as the driver was coming so I know that I didn’t miss it. So rather than just leaving it at the front desk as they always do, they just decided to not deliver it, send a notification that they have delivered it instead of notifying the actual situation, and then gaslighting me into believing I was called even though I absolutely wasn’t. No refund and they told me there’s nothing they can do.

接続状態が不安定ですと表示されて使えない
8月頃からずっと接続状態が不安定と表示され、住所やお店の検索ができず、アプリが使えません。アップデートしたりアプリを入れ直したりWi-Fiを切ってみたり時間を置いたり…全て試しましたが変わりませんでした。改善お願いします。
