Has potential to be useful, but aside from basic information, and too many annoying reminders, the option to download statements hasn’t been enabled. So screenshots must be taken of the statements if you want to retain the information. Requesting for a proper soft copy needs to be done either over the phone or by emailing the office, and this is often ignored or delayed. The option to request a soft copy on the app does exist. No other documents that were signed at the time of signing up have been added. A recent glitch meant that a permanently cancelled service was reinstated without notification.

No option to send feedback of the app via the app. Cannot mass delete the myriad of notices that come through (which are linked to every calendar event).
