طلبت منهم طلبية وقالوا تم التنفيذ ،أسبوعين وأنا أراكض وراهم عشان هالطلبية ،وأكلمهم بالموت يردوا بعدين قالوا المنتجات غير متوفرة ،طيب قلت لهم ألغوا الطلب ورجعوا المبلغ ،بصعوبة ألغوه ،وصبرت عليهم من تاريخ 15ديسمبر لحد الآن تاريخ 12 يتاير مارجعوا شيء وأتواصل معاهم مايردوا !!!

تجربة سيئة جدًا ومحبِطة.
طلب بتاريخ 21 ديسمبر 2025 ولم يتم تسليمه حتى الآن رغم تجاوز مدة التوصيل المعلنة بفترة طويلة.
التواصل عبارة عن تسويف وردود مكررة بلا أي التزام أو تاريخ واضح، مع رمي المسؤولية على الشحن وترك العميل يضيع بينهم.
غياب تام للمصداقية والاحترافية. لا أنصح بالتعامل إطلاقًا
