Cumbersome, redundant and overall useless
Not at all the app you’d expect from CBD doesn’t integrate well with IOS, doesn’t pick up the authentication credentials, nor Biometrics and the app functions are redundant and not designed properly

Excellent - significant improvement
Outstanding mobile banking app with refreshed look, new functionalities and features that I have not seen before in the market across any other banks.
NextGen portal is garbage
They migrated to a new portal without asking and while the old one is working better. The new app/portal crashes everytime i log in, i cant even make a transfer. And when i claled the customer service, they said the new portal is doing fine and no one is having issues. Loool. At least give the customers the choice to still use THE OLD FUNCTIONING PORTAL.

After the recent upgrade, i can now officially confirm this is the worse bank in Dubai. Will close my corporate account there

These guys caused Chaos with the new garbage app, the desktop can’t even be used properly. Amount of problems in it is insane. They already had the worst corporate support and now it’s even worse. Out of nowhere now, when it was kind working. It blocks you from entering and says I have to speak to my administrator. I’m the owner of the company!!!
Thankfully I’m closing my account with this bank and going somewhere else. Horrible service, I definitely DONT recommend companies to open accounts with Cbd

Slow as hell
Usually I don’t leave negative feedbacks. But this time I had to. I’ve never seen any banking app this slow ever before. Sometimes it takes forever to login. My eyes get sore just looking at the loading screen.
The developer team should be punished for making this terrible app.

For some reason my face ID is not working on my phone and hence I am unable to access my iBusiness account anymore since I am not able to pair my mobile device.
This caused me to be late in transferring payments to my employees and partners.
I have been migrated to this new platform without my authorization and I am furious!!
