Worst banking app ever, I can’t login with my account, I keep getting error

This app has no benefits to people abroad. Both app and online banking do not work. I verified my email and telephone number correctly and online banking still said it was wrong. I was blocked for 24 hours. Not 5 minutes or an hour to retry again. 24 hours. Smh.I dont know why I have not switched banks.. I have been going back and forth with this online banking for almost 3 years. I did not get any help when I was in Ghana and nobody replies my emails. So frustrating.

Your systems are very poor these days! I Withdraw
Money from the CBGMB last Wednesday and Today is Friday still having receive my money but it has been deducted from my Bank Account. I was told to wait for 48 hours before the money can be refund to my account. It has passed 48 hours and still haven’t receive my money. Am not the only person complaining about this and it not the first time. Most people are complaining about this! It Very Bad. I will make sure to close my account after I get my money back.

When I try to login it says Password is not complex enough

Hi Fredie936293, We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Kindly note that the password should be alphanumeric and have a symbol in it. The password should be 8-12 characters long. At least one upper case and one lower case. There should be at least a symbol in there (@*!). Example: Password@123 Thank you for using CBG Mobile app.
