Don’t rely on this app if you plan to step out without any cash or an alternative payment methods, can’t make simple momo payments, transfer to account also don’t work worse part transfer within account will give you an error “duplicate transaction” but it will go through
The app is not user friendly. Especially when you’re creating an online access for the first time.

Since my year of using this Application I have no difficulties in the UI or UX.Everything is well designed.Finding ATM and even Credit cards 💳.You can request for a new card upon your old card been available and customer care is good but not the best.Kudos GT
Consistently Unreliable and Frustrating Banking Experience
The performance of this banking app has been highly disappointing. It is particularly unreliable during critical moments when urgent payments or transactions are required. It will instantly log you out and that is frustrating. I am aware that this review may not lead to any improvements, as numerous similar complaints have gone unaddressed.
The utility of this app is severely undermined by its consistent failures. Given these issues, I find the overall experience unsatisfactory and cannot, in good conscience, recommend its use to others.
