I have been trying to create this months now, it’s keep saying either the number or email is taken yet I can’t even reset my password, very terrible…
Log In Wahala
When I try to log in they say my email doesn’t exist in their records, when I try to register, they say that the email is already taken.
Not a user friendly app and No assistance
Honestly for the past year I have been trying to complete my profile. When I try to withdraw funds my account is always under review, I try calling customer service for help but line is always busy. Try talking to them on Watsapp everything is virtual and sent email no assistance. Poor service.

Withdrawal Issues
I have been trying for a whole week to withdraw some amount from my ic wealth account but it says “Your account is currently undergoing an internal approval process. You can request a withdrawal once we are done” so please do something about it thank you.
