App not working with no sim inserted into phone, even with full WiFi access

I cannot use the app on my iPhone with no sim after your latest update, it keeps saying access denied

Disappointed

Some of us use eSIM locked phones and this new update does not permit phones without SIM card
That’s very bad and trash
Now what should we do about that

Poor service

I can’t apply for a virtual card and also can’t withdraw my money fix it

Freezing issues

App is so horrible it can freeze for days and sometimes you may have to uninstall and download again before you can use it. Developer needs to pay back for such poor work for such a big company. Total IT disgrace in such an AI era.

Deposit issue

Ever since I started using this bank account alway having issues with deposit from mobile to account last time I tried sending money to my account, I sent 500 first it didn’t then I sent 100 again , for a whole day it didn’t reflect I called them and WhatsApp them but they didn’t respond their customers service very poor I was then for two days contract them again no reply, later got a message of 500 deposit to my account but never received the 100 I sent the second time up to now , please work on your system well not just the app and graphics
