App not working with no sim inserted into phone, even with full WiFi access
I cannot use the app on my iPhone with no sim after your latest update, it keeps saying access denied
Disappointed
Some of us use eSIM locked phones and this new update does not permit phones without SIM card

Freezing issues
App is so horrible it can freeze for days and sometimes you may have to uninstall and download again before you can use it. Developer needs to pay back for such poor work for such a big company. Total IT disgrace in such an AI era.

Deposit issue
Ever since I started using this bank account alway having issues with deposit from mobile to account last time I tried sending money to my account, I sent 500 first it didn’t then I sent 100 again , for a whole day it didn’t reflect I called them and WhatsApp them but they didn’t respond their customers service very poor I was then for two days contract them again no reply, later got a message of 500 deposit to my account but never received the 100 I sent the second time up to now , please work on your system well not just the app and graphics

Everyone here seems to be complaining about the app, but the app has the best features and makes banking easier. Fine, sometimes you may experience challenges but overall, this app works so well. So far so good 👍🏼

Lack of personal record updates
The app should allow allow customers to automatically update certain personal record like contacts number and address without going to the bank to update it information. Mobile app should allow such features to enable customers update certain part of their bank records without going to the bank which sometimes takes longer cue to get it effected

Your standing order feature bugs up whenever you hit the frequency tab ever time the app crushes check that out , and yes you are a government institution but efforts to level up to the standard and even beyond that of private companies is important you survive cos we trust you it’s about time you think about tour customer service too both in office and app development

It’s true you guys you are the worst bank the most worst bank I have ever seen in my life. You try to deposit money from your mobile money account to the bank account and it will never reflect and your money too will be detected from your account,if you see this review don’t download this app. Don’t use this bank never try to open this bank use a different bank because these people are really really really cheating as they are fraud and they chiefs. Where are my virtual cards
After the uodate I lost all my virtual cards in the app… it's asking me to request a new card while that option doesn't even work

I downloaded it on my iPhone and tried to register and when I entered my mail it said I should enter a valid mail even though my email was very correct, I downloaded it on my android, email was accepted but otp won’t drop not by sms and by mail all. Very terrible
