Don’t rely on this app if you plan to step out without any cash or an alternative payment methods, can’t make simple momo payments, transfer to account also don’t work worse part transfer within account will give you an error “duplicate transaction” but it will go through
The app is not user friendly. Especially when you’re creating an online access for the first time.

Since my year of using this Application I have no difficulties in the UI or UX.Everything is well designed.Finding ATM and even Credit cards 💳.You can request for a new card upon your old card been available and customer care is good but not the best.Kudos GT
Consistently Unreliable and Frustrating Banking Experience
The performance of this banking app has been highly disappointing. It is particularly unreliable during critical moments when urgent payments or transactions are required. It will instantly log you out and that is frustrating. I am aware that this review may not lead to any improvements, as numerous similar complaints have gone unaddressed.
The utility of this app is severely undermined by its consistent failures. Given these issues, I find the overall experience unsatisfactory and cannot, in good conscience, recommend its use to others.

Zero experience on GT bank.
I gave one start because if there is no star to issue a review I would have chosen that one.
Everything about the app is failure.
From the app icon looks cropped.
The app interface isn’t good at all.
Difficult to to respond to the main server.
Login show invalid even the website of it also don’t recognised userID and password given.
After the registration the app automatically logs the user out with the user always find it difficult to login because the app or the web application doesn’t respond.
The bank should better for this.

App not working
Just fixed my online banking and can’t even open the app! Tried contacting customer service and they told me to go the nearest bank. If I had the time, would I have contacted you? Such bad service!!
Opening of the app
After downloading the app opening it has become a problem anytime I try opening it. The app won’t last for 2 seconds then it will quit itself. Please you guys should work on that Asap

This app is so disappointing and no support by the bank
I have tried countless times to get the bank and they tell me to update the app meanwhile the app does not have any update since I last installed over 6 months ago. It appears the support is not aware the app does not have any updat.
Login problem on iPhones
The app is doesn’t work on iPhones only android. When you put in your account number and password it just loads and nothing happens. My friends and I have been having this problem since and nothing has been done about it. Please do something about this issue because it works perfectly on android devices.

Very useless App! Can’t even transfer money! And the annoying thing is how the App vibrates unnecessarily!

Can’t don’t most of the things you can do online. Doesn’t even have visa payment
Face login don’t work
Why can’t I use my face to login to your app but can use it to confirm transactions and before you ask me to check my settings I’ve done that countless times and even uninstall and reinstalled.
Bank List
App is great ! but administrators need to update . There are banks that still can’t be found on list when I try to transfer . Please update so we can do transfers to Absa Bank too . There is no Barclays Bank in the region anymore .
