Wallet Membership Not Working
I am trying to download the membership to my iPhone wallet but it doesn’t work. Needs to be fix
Difficult to use
Great audio descriptions when you’re lucky enough to find a painting for which a description has been provided. Unlike most museums were the artworks have an indicator that is keyed to the app and let you know a description as available with this app, you have to search, and it’s a difficult search, and hope to find one. I would give it one star for usability, but when I did find audio descriptions, they weren’t quite good.

Hard to use
The information is good but it’s hard to use because it’s hard to find the information that goes with each piece. It’s a shame. It could be so good.
App is a joke
They spend $1.2 billion to build a museum and yet they can’t make an app to use within the museum. Smh.
Didn’t Like The App
Not very helpful.
