Can login but can’t order anything

This app simply does not work. Always says it can’t connect and then asks for your facility ID, only to kick you back out to the log in screen.

App works fine, I think all these reviews don’t know how to sign-up properly.
Your MRN and hospital code are needed. If you entered properly it brings you to the order page.
App is very basic and stripped to almost nothing. But get your order in before midnight and they rarely mess it up.

Did what was advertised
Showing some love after seeing a lot of hate. Followed the instructions that were given, was pretty straight forward. Was nice to see a picture of all the meals so you get a better perspective of what to expect.
Worked then stopped
Won’t even let me log in. Help fix this

Put a breakfast order. It said error and when I refreshed, an order was placed - with none of the items I ordered

This app would be great if it worked you can not log in at all!! Just go round and round from log in to facility log in and back to main log in that’s it !

The app is god awful and doesn’t work with the hospital half the time at least for me the whole time.im a younger man and i felt like this was useless and god forbid an elderly person trying to order food with this

My son was admitted to CHEO. No issues with the app. Maybe the poor ratings come from some misunderstanding about the hospital code/patient number? You’re not supposed to use that to login but instead during the account creation process using your own email.

Used app previously, but deleted & forgot old password. Unable to change password and log in. Created new account on secondary email. Ordered two out of three meals for the next day, before getting kicked out. Unable to get back in. Nobody can help me with this. Apparently the app is really hit and miss. Mostly miss.

Useless App after logging in once was not ever able to re-login to place further orders and still mistakes were made upon delivery of food.
Hence the reason manual labour should always be maintained just because you can automate something doesn’t mean you should stupid people

What, prey tell is the Facility ID , and where do you find it. Couldn’t get past this point to register. Stick to calling the kitchen to avoid using this silly App
Yikes! So bad!
I used this app two years ago when my mom was in the hospital. No issues at all. I was admitted to the hospital today and ordered dinner through the app. I have now spent 90 minutes trying to log in to order breakfast for the morning and am ready to throw my phone out the window. Error messages in every screen. Kicks me back to the login screen halfway though. Where did the ability to screen my barcode go?? It was there three hours ago. The fourth digit of my birth year keeps disappearing, so it’s impossible to get past that page. It didn’t like my hospital ID when I manually type it in. What a piece of trash app.

Can’t enroll
YYYY format truncates last digit of year once I leave that data field. Enrollment fails on every attempt.
Facility ID not recognised
This app and the whole call centre process is abhorrent. Currently staying in a Hunter New England hospital. Have followed the directions, restarted my phone and connected to the public wifi. Apparently the Facility ID ‘NSWHealth’ is not recognised and I need to try again later. Have tried many MANY times. I called the Cbord customer number and followed the prompts as directed on the website but they only led me to callcentre people who deal with NSW Health STAFF matters, not patient matters. Someone was being sourced to call me to sort this but, now 4 hours later, I’m still waiting. Cant create an account, cant skip as guest, cant order my meals for the next few days that I’m stuck in hospital. Fix this please.

Performance is laggy but it does work. My only complaint is you have to log in every time, at least let me stay logged in.
Waste of time
Wouldn’t log in even after going through the painful process of setting up an account. Please fix this app. A big waste of time when all I want to do is sleep after a very long day and night.
