Clickbait ads and commercials on videos
I understand that advertising helps pay for stuff- but when I get a station alert and then have to watch commercials before I see the videos of said alert, it's time to say goodbye. There are so many free apps with close to zero commercials out there. I'll give y'all one thing! Your commercials are not NEARLY as bad as WBBT's app! 🤷♂️I just go to YouTube and watch Ryan Hall or Max Velocity which is just as good.

I take back prior review
You’ve redeemed yourself with the latest update. Love the features and quick loading time with beautiful graphics! And, the minimal ads with no full page ads to have to close has this working far better than weatherbug.
The only little gripe I’ve had, maybe corrected in this update, is that the app would not work while visiting Germany. I’d get notifications but the app would not load.

You’ve ruined one of the best weather apps with full page ads suddenly appearing! Political ad no less to start. The audio was unexpected at 2AM in the morning, and at full volume woke others in my home!
Further, the silence button and the X button are too close to the corners to shut off or close! This may be because my phone is set for larger text… but still should not be! Move to another app feature?… Another ad!
I’ve used this app for years and is my local weather. I’ve given the app excellent reviews in the past. It was quick to load… but no more! Totally disgusting business practice. I have so many personal settings and locations I hate to leave behind, but if this is not remedied it’s time for me to find another app.

Basically a good app. If it could be streamlined to what I most want to see on top it would be my first go-to every morning.
Annoying full screen ad
I have used and love this app for years. I tolerated the multitude of banner ads despite the fact they were mostly repetitive; the same ad over and over and over. But now these full page pop up ads for some gutter company are ruining the app; but it could be any company and I still would be annoyed. I understand the use of advertising, and the banners were sufficient without making me keep closing these popup ads over and over. Instead of being interested in the services this company offers, I am annoyed by their insistence on using these full screen ads and by WTVR for allowing it. This is a no win for either of you.

I’m giving 3 stars only because of a few issues I’m having with app. And I don’t know where to go to get help!
It’s been my GO TO app for weather for years, but recently I’ve been having an issue with my radar. I have uninstalled and re installed the app numerous times, and it won’t fix itself.
1. My radar screen flashes the radar off and on continuously. I can’t look at it unless it’s in motion. And even then sometimes it flashes and I have to go to another radar app.
2. It used to follow me and I’d have 2 blue dots to show the areas I want to see radar. I’d keep it on my home so I could see what was going on at my farm as I work on the road. And it would follow me so I could see what was happening where I’m driving. Now i have to toggle back and forth from follow me to my home town. It’s a pain in the butt while I’m driving. I’ve tried every scenario I can think of to get that feature back but it disappeared when they added the different controls to the bottom of screen.
3. It would be nice if I could go to the daily screen and see that it might rain at some point in the 24 hours instead of having to open the day up to read about the forecast. Many times I look at the daily and it’s showing sunny or cloudy but not rain and then I open to read the weather and it says in the written report that there will be rain in the evening. It’s a little misleading. So I’ve learned not to just look at the icons without opening it to read the full report.
Other than these 3 issues that used to work and now doesn’t, I love this weather app. But I’ve found myself using other apps more frequently now. It would be nice also to have a future humidity /wind forecast as well so I can see how humid and/or windy the forecast will be in the upcoming week to 10 days. Again I have to use another app for that.
When having a farm, working full time I rely on weather forecasts to plan ahead, and keep up with conditions as much as possible. I look at weather so many times a day it’s unreal.
I do love the new features that have been added about strong storms, wind, hail etc on the current radar!

Update?
It CONTINUES to ask me to update every single time I try to open the app. I hit update and a few hours later it asks again.

New format
I preferred the previous format. On my iPad this seems cluttered. Hopefully, I will be able to adjust. Before, it was my favorite weather app.
Not Working Lately
Used to be a really good app and still is for the radar map. However, the daily and hourly showings do not work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled only for it to fail again in those two areas. Fix it.
