Feedback Regarding NBC12 First Alert Weather App Interface
Hello NBC12 Weather Team,
I am an iPhone user and a loyal viewer of your station, but I am very disappointed with the recent design update to your First Alert Weather app.Tapping the clock icon now forces me to choose strictly between "Past" or "Future" radar data. The app completely lacks a combined "Past + Future" radar loop, which used to be a seamless feature. Having to manually switch back and forth makes it incredibly frustrating to track active storms moving through Richmond.Please pass this complaint along to your app developer vendor. We really need the continuous, combined past-and-future timeline option brought back.

Traffic map showing wrong location
I use to use the traffic map feature to show me areas of heavy traffic. I live in Dublin California and the traffic map now shows Richmond Virginia. And there is no way to fix it. So the App has become useless.

Horrible new traffic update
I grew up in Richmond and love this app for its weather alerts and traffic map. However, after years and years of use I’m having to move on to another app. The new traffic update from a month ago only allows for you to view a small area around Richmond, not simply anywhere you. I use this when I travel all up and down the East coast. The actual traffic conditions and hazards don’t load, and even if it did it wouldn’t allow me to look beyond central Virginia anyway. That makes things tough for those of us who commute to NoVa. I hope this gets fixed but if not I’m using something else.
