Horrible new traffic update
I grew up in Richmond and love this app for its weather alerts and traffic map. However, after years and years of use I’m having to move on to another app. The new traffic update from a month ago only allows for you to view a small area around Richmond, not simply anywhere you. I use this when I travel all up and down the East coast. The actual traffic conditions and hazards don’t load, and even if it did it wouldn’t allow me to look beyond central Virginia anyway. That makes things tough for those of us who commute to NoVa. I hope this gets fixed but if not I’m using something else.

Grateful for channel 12 First Alert weather app
We have DISH and as of a few days ago, we no longer have channel 12. I am so glad I downloaded the 12/ first weather app. Especially today we were able to stay up on the severe weather updates. Thank you channel 12.

THE CLICKBAIT ADVERTISING HAS CHEAPENED THE APP
I understand that advertising is part of life these days— but your app contains such cheap clickbait ads it's sickening. Then when a station alert comes across you have to sit through one or two stupid commercials. Ridicilulos! The only thing I use the app for is to check the radar or a quick forecast check. I now rely on the My Radar app and Max Velocity on YouTube; y'all have gotten greedy like the rest. SMH….

Ad Overkill
I would love the app were it not for the home page being filled with half a page of ugly advertisements for sagging skin, dementia—yeah, I’m no spring chicken, but I don’t want to be looking at that stuff just trying to get my weather forecast for the day! I feel like we’re back in the 90s with web pages filled with stupid advertisements. :(

My Goto Weather App
Best in the Richmond area.
I don’t live on the east coast
Even though I have my location on (and don’t live on the east coast) I get notifications about weather on the east coast.
Short and Sweet
For the RVA / Central Virginia area, this gives you all the weather information you need in an incredibly concise manner. Sure, it starts with an ad, but that’s a small price to pay.

It’s so much better than the Apple version even though I love Apple but sometimes it’s just wrong and I got this app and it’s so much better than Apple

Garbage. It looks like it’s just feeding National weather service data like most tv station weather apps. The local weather team doesn’t seem to have any input on the info passed to it.
