Need iOS 12 update for older iPhones
Please provide a working update for older iPhones. I have an iPhone 6 and I cannot go above iOS 12. When your app comes on it says iOS 13 required and otherwise I can’t get in to see my account or anything

Disappointed
I had gone out and bought the new iPad after talking to the bank staff, that my lap top was not up to date.
What they forgot to tell us is that Samsung’s are not comparable to there new system.
No apologies were given. There response was “Just that we are working on this issue
”!! I do all my banking on line and I do need it in a larger print.
The lusby office said bring it in maybe Theycould take a look Thank you for trying. Your IT dept needs help

Makes life easy!
This app is so convenient. I can login with my fingerprint and easily access my account information or deposit a check.
Regularly locks out with password errors
Regularly unable to access App using fingerprint, then asks for default password but does not accept that password. Message pops up saying "Unable to access your account. Please check your online credentials & try again. If problems persist call 1-888-745-2265." Not a 24-hour helpdesk, so asks you to leave a message. Never get a call back. Have to call again during business hours. I need this app to work, so I can check my accounts & pay bills on my phone 24/7!

This is a surprisingly good app for a community bank that offers all the capability (such as photo check deposits) and convenience that some of the largest banks have just started providing. Very well done.
