About

CCF Challenge is a training and education game for learning CPR and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) through tense, mission-style play. - Missions (BLS) Practice compression rate and depth, hand position, ventilation volume and timing, and AED operation. Track CCF (chest compression fraction - the share of time compressions are performed) in real time, with a performance report at the end. - ACLS Leader Mode (new) You are the team leader. Direct five role-based members - compressions, airway (BVM), drugs (IV/IO), defibrillation, and recording - and run the resuscitation along the AHA ACLS algorithm. Perform rhythm checks every two minutes, defibrillate VF/pVT, and give drugs until ROSC or the resuscitation is stopped. You are scored on both the correctness of your orders and your team's execution quality. - Build your team Earn teammates with high scores. Each member has five skills and a stamina attribute, so team building, role assignment, and rotation all matter. - Clinically correct by design The correct clinical action is always the winning move. What's New in CCF Challenge

1.1.4

July 13, 2026

We've made major improvements to ACLS Leader Mode. • Stricter 2-minute rule for rhythm checks—the app now flags checks that come too early or too late • Redesigned the recorder's 2-minute timer, with a 15-second warning and a large "2 minutes elapsed" alert at the top of the screen • Added a bonus for pre-charging just before a rhythm check • Added fallback options for when the defibrillator, BVM, or IV/IO supplies run out (pulse check / precordial thump / herbal remedy) • Haptic feedback when you deliver a defibrillation • Added a celebration animation when ROSC is achieved We've also fixed a number of minor bugs.
