This app always gives me can’t validate my info or it’s always unavailable at that most inconvenient time

It’s not bad when it actually works, but the problem is, is that it almost never works
Never works!
I’m never able to use my app due to issues. It tells me to call for assistance, but no one can help me or fix this issue. I’ll be closing my account after all my checks and transactions clear and taking my business elsewhere.
App Never Works
The app is constantly down and unable to be used. I’m not able to get into it at least 3 times a week. Extremely frustrating and annoying.

Would love to be able to make a note re: deposit, or have copy of original check included with my monthly statement
